I am Srividya from New Jersey. After I completed 50 years of age, I promised myself to invest more time and efforts in my well being and health. My friend introduced me to Shreyada. I was sceptical of taking online yoga classes, but decided to give it a try. That was the best decision I have made and the biggest gift to myself and indirectly the best gift to my loved ones.

Shreya has a very positive outlook & is very firm but encouraging. She listened to me patiently as I went through my current health status & what I aimed for and tailored my classes towards that end. I can see tremendous improvement in my strength, balance and flexibility physically & am more confident and optimistic emotionally. Her's is a holistic approach that doesn't end with the class, but rather continues throughout the day.

Hi, I am Manali - a professor in Amity University. I never considered myself to be person open to learning yoga and been apprehensive of taking yoga training. Joining Shreyada for yoga was destiny and it has been an adventure since then. I had developed breathing issues post covid but Shreyada instilled a slow and steady regime and helped me to bounce back to a “better, fitter” me.

Yoga, especially with Shreyada, is invigorating and relaxing at the same time and she as a teacher is firm yet friendly; very sweetly she will coax you to do asanas you never expected you were capable of!! Shreyada for me as a yoga teacher is personified by the quote "Teaching starts with freedom and ends with freedom”. Hi, I have been doing yoga with Shreyada for 6 months now and I have had a great experience with her. In the last 6 months, I have learned a lot and improved with time.

Shreyada has been a great mentor/ yoga guru & a friend eventually. As I was a beginner level student, she was very patient with me, answering all my questions with her expert knowledge & correcting my postures with her skills. She is adept at yoga & a great teacher as well.
